What should I expect each month?

You send bank statements, receipts, and invoices by the fifth of the month. We categorize everything, reconcile it to your bank, and send you a profit-and-loss summary by the tenth. Before quarterly deadlines, we also send your estimated tax amount.

Who is this not for?

We work with sole proprietors who have straightforward receipts and expenses. If you have employees, multiple business entities, inventory accounting, or need representation before the tax authority, we are not the right fit.

What is included in the monthly service?

Monthly categorization of receipts and expenses, quarterly estimated tax calculation, annual Schedule C and Form 1040 preparation, and video calls to check your books and answer procedural questions.

What is not included?

We do not give tax-planning strategy, advise on which deductions to take, represent you before the tax authority, or respond to federal notices. We organize records and prepare forms.

What records do I need to provide?

Bank statements, receipts, and invoices each month in PDF or spreadsheet format. If you use a payment processor or platform, send the transaction reports as well.

How does payment work?

After you write to us, we send a payment link or invoice. The monthly plan is billed each month; you can stop anytime by writing at least five days before the next month. The annual return is billed once, and catch-up packages are quoted individually.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Write to us through the contact form at least five business days before the next month begins. We refund the current month's payment to the same payment method within ten business days if no work has started that month.

What is your reply time?

We reply to contact-form messages within two business days.

Does this replace professional advice?

No. Sato Seed does not provide accounting, tax, legal, medical or financial advice. Decisions in each case and their technical content belong to a qualified professional.
